Open Pole Classes

This is 2hrs of uninstructed pole practice time. Come in and hook up your music and let loose, rehearse a routine, or just practice.

Pole Dance Classes

This class is BLAZE’N’HOT, SEXY, and all things in between! In this class you will have the chance to combine your Pole and Dance skills to create a sexy Pole/floor routine

2 HOUR OPEN POLE

Need more time to practice any challenging moves or routines? Want to improve or review any material you’ve learned from previous classes? Well, come on in and PLAY during our open studio sessions! This is 2hrs of uninstructed pole practice time. Come in and hook up your music and let loose, rehearse a routine, or just practice. An employee will be on hand to check you in, and in case of injury.

Pole Classes

POLE DANCE 101(BEGINNER)

This class is perfect for Pole Newbies! You will be introduced to the basic concepts of pole fitness. Proper technique and safety is emphasized. The class ends with a routine or free dance where you immerse yourself in the music, using the movements taught in class. You are encouraged to move at your own pace. We also encourage you to bring music requests.

What To Wear: Leggings, Capris, Tank Top, Crop Top, or Sports Bra are appropriate for our Level 1 course. Remove ALL Jewelry and DO NOT wear any oils or lotions to class as it will cause the poles to be dangerously slippery.

*You can wear heels in ALL of our pole classes, even Level 101!

Pole Classes

POLE DANCE 102(ADV. BEGINNER)

This class is the next step up after you have mastered your Pole 101 classes. In this class you will learn climbing techniques, the beginning steps to learning how to invert, more spins, and how to transition the movements you already know to smooth out your choreography. Pole 101 is a requirement before taking this class. Adv. Beginner & Intermediate.

What To Wear: Shorts, Tank Top, Crop Top, or Sports Bra are appropriate for our Level 2 course. Remove ALL Jewelry and DO NOT wear any oils or lotions to class as it will cause the poles to be dangerously slippery.

EXOTIC POLE 

This class is BLAZE’N’HOT, SEXY, and all things in between! In this class you will have the chance to combine your Pole and Dance skills to create a sexy Pole/floor routine. We aim to leave you feeling EMPOWERED within YOUR BODY, and dressing the part can INTENSIFY these feelings, so please wear whatever makes you feel SEXY and SECURE, but be sure that your attire makes you feel COMFORTABLE. Also, Leg Warmers and knee pads are highly encouraged. Don’t forget your heels!! All Levels Welcome.

What To Wear: Booty Shorts, Cheeky Bottoms, or Lingerie is appropriate (if wearing lingerie be sure to wear pasties to cover the nips, and NO see-through bottoms) Leg Warmers, Knee Pads, and Heels (keep in mind that Stilettos with skinny heels are not very comfortable).

AERIAL YOGA

The usual benefits of Yoga are Strength, Flexibility, Focus, and Increased Breath Awareness, but the unique benefits of Aerial Yoga and the studio’s signature hammock, is its ability to create a safe environment for students to invert their bodies. By supporting inverted positions, such as, headstand, handstand, and forearm stand, the aerial hammock allows even entry-level users to experience the benefits of inversions such as decreased blood pressure, more efficient lymph and venous flow, and healthier lung tissue. All Levels Welcome.

SPLITS 101 (FLEXIBILITY TRAINING)

This class focuses on flexibility and balance. It consists of a variety of stretches, both on and off the pole to help develop strength and agility to achieve splits, back bends, forearm stands, hand stands, as well as more advanced pole moves.

All levels welcome.

What to Wear: One of the key factors to increasing flexibility is getting the muscles nice and WARM beforehand. Leggings, Leg Warmers, Sweat Pants, Socks, and Long Sleeve Shirts are appropriate for this course.

SIPS & SPINS

Sips & Spins is one off our Exotic Workshops held every last Friday of the month. We have so much fun as we play with Floor Work, “Sexy Strategies” on how to seduce your audience, Proper Technique for sensual movements, and other “break the ice” exercises to make you feel more comfortable when you perform for your lover.

We will Sip at the END of the workshop.

What to Wear: Wear layers to Strip, Knee Pads, Heels, Leggings or Shorts, Sports Bra or Crop Top

Private Sessions

Private Session

Private sessions are great for students who need a little extra attention and instruction to help fine tune certain skills. Private session must coincide with Class Styles displayed on studio class schedule.r

$5 Fridays

Enjoy a FUN FRIDAY NIGHT workout for ONYL $5. Friday classes will alternate so refer to schedule to see what Class Style is being held and what to wear.

Private Party

Come celebrate with us! Book a pole dance party with all your friends for a Bachelorette Party, Birthday Party, or just for a good time together. Parties range from 1- 3 hours and can include: Sensual floor movement, pole dance choreography, lap and chair dance, and twerking. Keep in mind that Private Parties come with extra goodies!
