Aerial Yoga

The usual benefits of Yoga—-strength, flexibility, focus, increased breath awareness, but the unique benefits of Aerial Yoga and the studio’s signature hammock, manufactured by CircuSoul’s Kerry Tice, is its ability to create a safe environment for students to invert their bodies.

SPLITS 101

This class is designed for anyone wanting to increase their flexibility and break a sweat at the same time. We will focus on deepening your stretch by warming up the muscles then using your breath to help you relax into the deep stretches throughout the remainder of class.

POLE TRAINING

Pole Training Classes vary from the introduction of the basic movements, flows, and spins to advanced spins, climbs, inversions, and free dance. All classes are made to enable you to feel comfortable and at ease. 

Exotic Pole

This class is HOT, SEXY, and all things in between! We aim to leave you feeling EMPOWERED within YOUR BODY, and dressing the part can INTENSIFY these feelings, however, be sure it makes you feel COMFORTABLE. In this class you will learn a sexy Pole/floor routine exploring transitional movements. You will work your core and muscle strength, as well as flexibility while improving your sexy self-confidence!
